The
best time to go to Egypt is in spring and fall though
it can get a little cool at night. During
the summer months July and August
it is hot, but there is
less wind than during the winter
months. However,
according to experiences, the view under water is best in summer and fall.
There is almost always a
light or even strong wind coming from North.

Most
of the holiday makers stay in big hotels which offer
an international menu. If you get hungry
at any time
there are beach bars in every hotel which offer hamburgers,
pasta or sandwiches.
Those who would like to taste
the Egyptian cooking should not hesitate to dine in
a typical
restaurant, at reasonable prices . The different
dishes are real tasty , though sometimes they are
a
little fatty. Fried chicken liver, parsley salad,
falafel or the national dish foul (green beans) are
on the menu. If you wish, with tahina (sesame sauce)
or babaganoug (mashed egg-plant with garlic).
For
better digestion sweet black tea is served after
meals.
